Ukraine Hits Another Russian Oil Platform in Caspian Sea

Ukrainian drones have struck another Russian oil platform in the Caspian Sea, this time targeting a Lukoil facility at the Rakushechnoye field.

Ukrainian media report that the strike damaged infrastructure on the platform, though the full extent of disruption is not yet confirmed.

Two other Russian platforms in the region were previously hit, forcing production to halt and prompting Moscow to increase security around offshore assets.

The Caspian strikes are part of Ukraine’s broader effort to weaken Russia’s energy operations far from the frontline.

Russian authorities have not issued official confirmation of the latest attack.
