Tehran has sharply criticised the United States’ handling of the situation in Venezuela, calling Washington’s policy a “bullying approach.”
Iranian officials accused the US of applying undue pressure on Caracas and undermining Venezuelan sovereignty.
Iran’s foreign ministry condemned what it described as aggressive US interference, arguing that such coercive tactics only deepen instability in Latin America.
The statement reaffirmed Iran’s support for Venezuela’s right to self-determination and condemned external efforts to isolate or punish the country.
The criticism highlights growing diplomatic alignment between Iran and Venezuela as both increasingly resist US influence.
