Iranian Cluster Missile Hits Residential Areas In Tel Aviv Suburbs

An Iranian cluster missile struck the densely populated Tel Aviv suburbs of Bnei Brak and Petah Tikva on Tuesday morning, injuring at least 13 people including six children.

The munition dispersed across 29 separate impact sites, setting vehicles ablaze and causing significant damage to residential buildings.

A baby and several women were among those evacuated to hospital.

Human Rights Watch separately confirmed on Monday that Iran has used cluster munitions in at least three attacks on Israeli population centres since the start of the war, calling the strikes unlawful and a potential war crime.

Iran’s rate of missile fire on Israel has dropped from around 90 launches on the first day of the conflict to roughly 10-15 per day.
