Iran’s Revolutionary Guards have issued a direct threat against 17 major American technology companies, warning they face destruction of their regional facilities if assassinations of Iranian leaders continue.
Apple, Microsoft, Google, Meta, IBM, HP, Intel and Tesla are among those named, according to Iran’s semi-official Fars News Agency.
The IRGC said that “starting from 20:00 on Wednesday, April 1 (Tehran time), these companies should expect the destruction of their relevant units.”
The threat marks a significant escalation beyond military and energy targets, raising the stakes for Western corporate interests across the Gulf and further unsettling already volatile global markets.
