Migrant who threatened Farage jailed for five years

Fayaz Khan, an Afghan migrant who entered the UK illegally by small boat, has been sentenced to five years in prison for threatening to kill Reform UK leader Nigel Farage in a TikTok video.

He also received an additional eight-month term for unlawful entry into Britain.

During the hearing at Southwark Crown Court, Khan, who has an AK-47 tattoo on his face, shouted at the judge and blamed Farage for “ruining his life.”

Farage later said the punishment was appropriate but warned Khan could still be released early under standard prison rules.
