Strikes Hit Tehran and Isfahan On Day 33

US and Israeli air strikes continued across Iran on Wednesday, with thick black smoke reported near Tehran’s Sadr Expressway and fires raging near Mount Soffeh in Isfahan following attacks on an ammunition depot.

The IDF said it struck an IRGC-run university in Tehran used for advanced weapons research, and also hit a plant it claimed was producing fentanyl.

Iranian media reported attacks on pharmaceutical facilities, steel plants, port infrastructure and a desalination plant on Qeshm Island in the Strait of Hormuz.

An airstrike on Tehran appeared to have struck the former US Embassy compound, now controlled by the IRGC.

Iran’s IRGC naval forces launched their 87th wave of regional attacks since the war began, targeting Gulf states simultaneously with the missile barrage on Israel.
