Volodymyr Zelensky, Emmanuel Macron and Keir Starmer have signed a declaration of intent outlining plans for a future multinational force deployment in Ukraine.
The document sets the political framework for potential European led security arrangements once conditions allow, focusing on deterrence, stability and long term defence support.
Officials say the declaration does not signal immediate troop deployment but represents a coordinated commitment to Ukraine’s security beyond the current phase of the war.
The move underscores growing European involvement as discussions continue over post conflict guarantees and collective defence.
