Maduro Open to Exit if U.S. Grants Amnesty and Exile

Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro is reportedly willing to step down if the United States offers him amnesty, lifts rewards on his capture, and guarantees a comfortable exile, according to sources cited in The Atlantic.

The offer is said to include top aides and lieutenants of his regime.

Interviewees close to Maduro described the potential deal as “everything on the table” if Washington makes the right concessions.

Washington has yet to officially endorse any such agreement and continues to navigate both diplomatic and military pressure on Caracas.
