IDF Chief Zamir Vows Forceful Response After Iran’s Ceasefire Breach

Israeli Chief of General Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir declared that the IDF will strike back with force after accusing Iran of violating the recently declared ceasefire.

Zamir said the Iranian regime carried out a “serious violation” by launching ballistic missiles toward northern Israel shortly after the truce began.

Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz echoed the stance, ordering high‑intensity operations against Iranian regime targets in Tehran.

Iran has officially denied any missile launch.

The incident marks a sharp escalation, threatening the fragile ceasefire brokered hours earlier.
