Esmail Baghaei has emphasised that Iran’s defence cooperation with China and Russia is long-standing and will continue at full force.
Baghaei said Tehran maintains active and close consultations with both nations, stressing that their military and strategic ties are rooted in mutual respect and shared interests.
His comments come amid heightened regional tensions, underlining Tehran’s commitment to strengthening its partnerships despite international pressure.
The statements reinforce the view that Iran sees its strategic relationships with Beijing and Moscow as key pillars of its defence and geopolitical strategy.
