Abu Dhabi has dismantled the largest Iran-linked terror cell ever uncovered inside the UAE, arresting 27 suspects accused of plotting coordinated sabotage operations and pledging allegiance to Iran’s Velayat-e Faqih doctrine.
The State Security Department released the names, mugshots and home-raid footage, showing seized cash, extremist literature featuring Ayatollah Khamenei and what appeared to be a handmade drone.
The operation follows a separate Hezbollah-linked network busted in March.
The UAE has now effectively banned Iranian nationals from entry.
The message is clear: the Emirates sees the regime’s ideological network as an enemy within, not just an external missile threat.
