Chinese and Indian diplomatic missions in Tehran have issued urgent advisories today, calling on their nationals to leave Iran immediately due to sharply rising regional tensions.
The Indian Embassy has activated a 24/7 control room, released helpline numbers, relocated medical students, and helped some nationals cross via Armenia and UAE routes.
All Indian citizens in Tehran are advised to report their location and exit if able.
The Chinese Embassy also urged Chinese citizens in Tehran and Israel to evacuate using land borders such as Turkey, Armenia, or Jordan amid concerns over Iran-Israel hostilities.
Both countries are facilitating departures and warning that airspace closures and escalating conflict could threaten civilian safety.
