At Least Eight Dead in Austrian School Shooting

A deadly shooting at BORG Dreierschützengasse school in Graz, Austria, has left at least eight people dead, including students and teachers, with several more injured.

The gunman, believed to be a student, reportedly took his own life in a school bathroom.

Police responded to the incident around 10 a.m., deploying helicopters and elite Cobra units.

The school was fully evacuated by 11:30 a.m. and secured.

Emergency services remain on the scene treating the injured.

Authorities have not yet confirmed the exact number of casualties.

Investigations are ongoing into the motive behind the attack.
