A teaching assistant aged 31 was fatally stabbed outside a secondary school in Nogent, eastern France, on Tuesday, according to a source close to the case.
The attack occurred during a routine check of students’ belongings.
The pupil, a secondary school student who was stopped and arrested at the scene, allegedly used a knife and later succumbed to his injuries.
