An asylum seeker identified as “Chris Jude,” arrested in Amsterdam in August, has confessed during a pretrial hearing to the murder of 17 year old Lisa as she cycled home, as well as to the rape and attempted rape of two other victims, according to De Telegraaf.
He reportedly claimed that voices in his head told him to carry out the attacks.
Prosecutors are continuing their case as the court examines psychiatric evaluations and prepares for full trial proceedings.
