Antisemitic Students Denied Entry By Trump

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has recently updated its guidelines to classify antisemitic behavior – including social media posts and harassment – as potential grounds for denying green cards and student visas.

This policy shift underscores the agency’s commitment to combating discrimination and ensuring that individuals exhibiting prejudiced behaviour are ineligible for U.S. immigration benefits.

Applicants are advised to maintain conduct that aligns with principles of tolerance and respect, both online and offline, to avoid jeopardizing their immigration prospects.
