Reports that Iranian diplomats have floated a willingness to pause uranium enrichment, move parts of their stockpile offshore to a third party such as Russia, and explore business deals with the United States.
Officials have reportedly signalled a possible pause of up to three years.
Iran also proposed creating a regional consortium to produce nuclear fuel plates, though it insists production remain inside Iran, a condition Washington considers unacceptable.
