Trump Administration Revokes Visas of International Students Over Pro-Hamas Protests

The Trump administration has revoked the visas of at least 147 international students across multiple U.S. universities, citing their participation in pro-Palestinian protests.

Institutions affected include Harvard University, Stanford University, and several campuses within the University of California system.

The federal government announced this is part of the wider crackdown on pro-Hamas activities, leaving universities to support the impacted students amid this fluid situation.

This action follows a January executive order threatening visa revocation for students involved in such demonstrations.
