The U.S. Embassy in Riyadh is urging American citizens to consider leaving Saudi Arabia if they can do so safely.
In a new security alert, the embassy said U.S. citizens should depart via commercial flights while Saudi airspace remains open, though officials warned of frequent air traffic restrictions due to continued missile and drone threats.
Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam airports remain operational, but travellers have been advised to check directly with airlines for delays or cancellations.
The alert comes as regional tensions continue to rise and security conditions across the Gulf remain highly volatile.
