Australia has ordered the families of its diplomats in Lebanon and Israel to depart, citing a worsening security environment across the region.
The move reflects growing concern over potential escalation and risks to foreign personnel.
Officials also confirmed they are facilitating optional departures for dependents of Australian staff based in Jordan, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
Canberra said the decision is precautionary and part of ongoing efforts to safeguard diplomatic personnel as tensions continue to rise across the Middle East.
